Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns on orders under the following conditions:
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and show no signs of wear or damage.
- Items must be returned in their original Burco box and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must arrange and obtain their own return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method if the return meets the above conditions.
